    Most engineers join us out of internship and grow inside Beamlab. We invest in continuity — so the person who shipped your first sprint is still on it three years later.

    Long tenures by design
    Our average engineer tenure is multi-year. We don't rotate teams between accounts or sub-contract under our name.

    Owned, not outsourced
    Every person on a client engagement is a full-time Beamlab employee in Kathmandu. No contractors, no surprise hand-offs.

    Async-first culture
    We default to written docs and ClickUp threads. Meetings happen when they need to — not because it's a Tuesday.
